You can generate a regular ASCII grid for RAMMS from irregular point elevation data going through the following steps using ArcGIS:

1. Save the xyz data as .txt file using comma as separator and a header with x, y, z:

2. In ArcGIs go to File / Add Data / Add XY Data...

3. Use the Topo to Raster Tool to generate a regular Grid from the points (for settings see Topo to Raster Tool help in ArcGIS)

4. Use the Raster to ASCII Tool to convert the raster to an ASCII grid

The output from these steps can be used in RAMMS
